Air conditioning

Company PLASTIME.CHEMI ltd. delivers and installs air-conditioning technological units that can be used Vzduchotechnika in places with highly aggressive chemical atmosphere. In comparison with classic materials used in this atmosphere the main advantage of plastic is low first cost and longer durability. Complete technological air-conditioning units can function as parts of hot-galvanizing lines or electro-plating lines. Individual air-conditioning products the company delivers and installs also independently.

Technical description

Air-conditioning piping is produced in execution

Circular - inner diameter 110 - 1 000 mm, lenght up to 3 000 mm
Square or rectangular - dimension 100 x 100 up to 2.000 x 1.500 mm, length up to 3.000 mm. Air-conditioning piping is produced with adapting pipes, elbows, bents and reducers including. The connection of pipes can be done by flares of flanges. Used connection material is galvanized or rust-resistant. Material of air-conditioning piping is chosen in dependance on the temperature of the medium and its aggressivity. For air-conditioning piping all accessible plastic are used (PP, Pps, PE, PVC, PVDF,...) in slab thickness 3 - 10 mm.

Air-conditioning pipeline includes:

Compensators - produced as in-between flanges, circular, square, made of PVC, compensation element made of softened PVC
Flaps - create a blade (reinforced with bigger dimensions), blocked in given position. The arresting pin shows the adjusting of the blade. Flaps are produced square or circular
Slide valves - produced as one unit. Adjusting by a screw
Exhaust heads and chimneys - produced in series 200 - 1 000 mm
