With growing demands for the environment protection facilities for the liquidation of waste waters and
gas emissions are the necessary condition for the operation of finish and preliminary treatment lines. The aim of these facilities is to condition industrial waters and emissions to demanded limits. In the reactors of neutralizing stations the dissolved chemicals are neutralized and converted into insoluble form. The efficiency of progressing reactions during the process of neutralization is supported by agitating or clarifying of the liquid. In technologically follow-up tanks the process of sedimentation of the already chemically-bonded harmful substance continues. After the exit from the neutralizing station it is still necessary to treat the content of heavy metals - if
they are present in the bath - and to enrich the quantity of dissolved oxygen in sewage disposal plants before the outlet in rivers. One of the parts of technology for the environment are ion refinement station. They condition waters of demanded quality.
The purpose of grease traps is to remove mineral or synthetic oils from waste waters. In catch basin the flow of cleaned water considerably retards, on account of lower measuring weight of oils small parts of oil rise to the surface. Clusters of oils and impuritites is removed from the surface, either by manual attendance in determined time intervals or by mechanically controlled motor-driven wiper blades. Proper grease trap tanks are made of PE of PP.
At present, the press of the authorities for the protection of the environment increases. This is shown in higher interest in technologies solving the problem of cleaning of waste waters. Neutralizing stations for waste waters produced and delivered by company PLASTIME.CHEMI ltd. are determined for cleaning of waste waters from the processes of surface finish of metals (electro-plating, phosphate coating lines, pickling lines) in chemical way. method or in trough-flow way - according to the nature of processed waters. Proper cleaning takes place in the reactor, where appropriate reagents are dosed. By this the detriment component is converted into insoluble form, then it is again converted into such form that is able to settle. The whole process is supported by agitating of clarifying. After the agitating is finished, the phase of settlement comes. The set-back water is discharged into the recipient, the sediment is processed - it gets clear of water and then stored. The reactor is equiped by appropriate regulation and measuring technology (flow indicators, pH probes, redox probes, dosing valves, proportioning pumps...). As classic precipitation methods do not fulfil the requirements of legislation for residual concentration of heavy metals in discharged waters, neutralizing stations are complemented by ion columns including ion meters that reliably separate heavy metals from waters.
