Pipings

Our company supplies piping as a part of technological units (store system of chemicals, galvanic plating Rozvody lines, neutralizing stations) that are produced by us. In case of extensive piping, this piping can be an independant order, for example piping for refuse incinerating plants. The choice of material for piping - fittings and control elements including - is dependant on the type of transported medium (acids, lyes, and so on) and demanded span of operating temperatures. We use fittings, pipe unions, valves - guyings including - mostly from renowned companies GEORG FISCHER, GEMÜ, FRANK.

Technical description

Pipings are designed with regard to the optimalization of pipeline, thermal expansivity, used material, transported medium, temperature of the medium and other requirements. Material is chosen with regard to the aggressivity and temperature of the medium and also with regard to the placement of piping. We use fittings, pipes and adapting pipes imported (companies Georg Fischer, Gemü, Simona, Deka) and also domestic (Ekoplastic, Gerodur).

Technological parametres

We use pipes and adapting pips in pressure series PN 2,5 - PN 20, in all typified inside diameters
Piping is connected by welding (PP, PE, PVC, PVDF) or by sticking (PVC)
Pipings are desigend with regard to thermal expansivity of the material
Pipings are most often placed on auxiliary steel construction or in supporting channel
When designing and installing the pipeline, we take into consideration all changes caused by the influence of temperature. The compensation of piping is made by compensators or by bending arms and compensating arches.
