Reservoirs
Company PLASTIME.CHEMI ltd. delivers and assemblies plastic tanks, reservoirs for chemicals and 
agitating reactors. The volume of delivered tanks is in range of 1- 50 m3. Very good chemical resistence and many other qualities of used plastic materials allows application in highly aggressive atmosphere.
The advantage of plastic in comparison with classic materials is mainly price and long durability. The prolongation of life of concrete pits, cofferdams or rubber coated tanks can be attained by lining with a plastic ply. Reservoirs can be placed in production area also in exterior. The placement of the reservoir, stored medium and its temperature are decisive for the choice of the used material. The reservoirs are produced as self-supporting and they are placed on level base (concrete) or on auxiliary steel or plastic construction.
Tanks manufacture is in compliance with the certification according to §5A Government Regulation No. 312 / 2005.

Technological parametres
Round reservoirs are produced in diametres from 500 to 3 500 mm, in hight of 10 000 mm. In 
dependance on the dimensions they are reinforced by peripheral reinforcements (plastic). The jacket of the reservoirs is produced from slabs 6 - 50 mm thick.
Square reservoirs are normally produced up to the lenght of 4 000 mm. According to the wish of customer and construction options it is possible to produce also bigger dimensions. The reservoirs are delivered as a whole, the necks can be finished (welded) in place of destination. Tanks are provided with handling eyes.
